Penny Lane Services
Property Management
We provide property management services for single family homes, townhouses, condos, apartments, and rental buildings.
Our property management services ensure your property is properly tenanted through marketing, tenant screening, and tenant selection. We provide you with monthly financial statements and remit your net monthly cash flows to you by the 15th of each month.
We drive by your property monthly and carry out a complete interior inspection on an annual basis as well as providing 24-hour emergency service for your tenants. Should repairs be needed to your property our team ensures that those repairs are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Building Management
Penny Lane manages a handful of buildings in the Comox Valley and provides full-service management services, including property management services for each unit of the building, maintaining a waitlist of potential tenants, and ensuring that the building is properly serviced and maintained.

Our Lease-Up services include marketing of your property, tenant screening, and tenant selection. Strata Management
Penny Lane provides Strata Management Services to Strata Corporations around the Comox Valley.
Our full-service strata management services include:
- attending and taking minutes of strata council meetings and annual general meetings,
- providing notice of meetings,
- performing monthly site inspections of the common property,
- ensure any required maintenance is performed,
- making necessary purchases and setting up new services,
- arranging for proper insurance,
- participating in the selection and training of all staff hired to help maintain the property,
- maintaining a trades list,
- arranging for contractors and servicepeople,
- and providing financial services.
We also provide stand-alone financial services. These financial services include collecting strata fees, collecting and levying fines, paying the Strata Corporation’s invoices, investing any monies held as directed by the Strata Council, preparing an annual operating budget, and monthly financial statements.
